Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in German regarding credit card inquiries. Assist customers with account management, payment inquiries, and understanding credit card benefits. Resolve issues related to transactions, fees, or card usage in a timely and effective manner. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference. Collaborate with financial teams to address complex inquiries or problems. Stay up-to-date with company policies, product offerings, and industry regulations. Provide feedback for service improvement based on customer interactions and needs. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in finance or with credit card services. Strong communication skills with a focus on resolving customer issues.
