This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and cybersecurity, and who enjoy helping customers safeguard their online presence. In this role, you will provide support to clients in German, addressing their concerns and inquiries effectively. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to cybersecurity products and services via phone, email, and live chat in German. Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and provide guidance on best practices for online security. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to ensure optimal protection. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and analytics. Collaborate with the technical support team to address more complex issues and improve service delivery. Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, threats, and company offerings to provide relevant assistance. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
