This role offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic environment while assisting clients with their digital wallet inquiries and providing exceptional customer service in German. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding digital wallet services, transactions, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German. Provide assistance with troubleshooting issues related to digital payments and account access. Educate customers about features, security measures, and benefits of using the digital wallet. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and reporting. Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and ensure prompt resolutions. Stay updated on industry trends, new features, and regulatory changes affecting digital payments. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the financial technology or digital payments sector. Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service-related tools. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
