Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the education and e-learning sector. Assist customers with inquiries regarding educational products and services. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s offerings and educational programs. Document and track customer interactions using the CRM system effectively. Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and improve service delivery. Provide feedback to management on customer suggestions and potential areas for improvement. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the education or e-learning sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
