Responsibilities Provide prompt and professional customer support in German for inquiries related to the energy sector. Communicate with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Assist in managing customer accounts and provide updates on service developments. Gather and report customer feedback to help improve service offerings. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably within the energy sector. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve customer complaints effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
