Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the finance sector through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management. Provide clear and concise explanations regarding financial matters and company policies to enhance customer understanding. Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex financial inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s financial products and services to provide accurate information. Document customer interactions accurately and provide feedback to improve service quality. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the finance industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A proactive approach to learning about financial products and improving service delivery.
