This role is perfect for those who are both passionate about finance technology and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist German-speaking clients with inquiries regarding financial products and services, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. Key Responsibilities Address customer inquiries regarding FinTech products and services via phone, email, and live chat in German. Provide assistance with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting technical issues. Guide customers through usage instructions and features of the FinTech platform. Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking purposes. Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences. Stay current with industry trends and product updates to better assist clients. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the FinTech or finance sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement and satisfaction. Proficient problem-solving abilities with a technical aptitude. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and financial technologies is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
