Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients in the Food & Beverage industry. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist customers with product information, orders, and services related to Food & Beverage offerings. Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system accurately and promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and resolve complex issues. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and share feedback with management. Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the Food & Beverage or related industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to assist customers.
