Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to food orders, delivery logistics, and service feedback via phone, email, and chat in German. Provide information on available restaurants, menu items, and promotional offers. Assist customers with order issues, delivery tracking, and modifications to ensure a seamless experience. Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience. Stay informed about the local food scene and platform updates to effectively assist customers. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, especially in the food delivery or hospitality industry, is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
