Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the government and public sector in German. Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, policies, and procedures. Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government services to provide accurate information. Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding inquiries. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills. Fluent in German, both spoken and written, with strong communication skills in English. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred. Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Familiarity with government processes and regulations is a plus.
