This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about the iGaming industry and are committed to delivering exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries and issues in German, ensuring a seamless gaming experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding gaming services, promotions, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German. Provide detailed information on games, betting options, and platform functionalities. Assist customers with account verification, payment processing, and troubleshooting issues. Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, striving for maximum satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with other teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to assist customers effectively. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the iGaming or gaming industry. Strong communication skills coupled with an understanding of the gaming community and its environment. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work effectively in a fast-paced remote setting. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering great customer experiences. Familiarity with CRM systems and online gaming platforms is a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
