Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the insurance sector. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Assist clients with their insurance inquiries, policy information, and claims processing. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with the insurance team to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns. Stay informed about the latest developments in insurance products and services to provide accurate information. Fluency in German, both spoken and written, is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with insurance products and terminology is a plus. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
