Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to the investment platform, including account setup, investment options, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in German. Provide clear guidance on investment products, market trends, and platform functionality. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their accounts and transactions. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and improvement purposes. Collaborate with the finance and technical teams to resolve complex customer queries effectively. Stay updated on investment products and market information to provide informed support to customers. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in finance or investment platforms. Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and customer satisfaction. Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively, with a proactive customer service mentality. Comfortable working in a remote environment and self-managing tasks in a timely manner. Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools.
