As a representative, you will assist customers with their IT support needs while communicating effectively in German. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support for IT-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical assistance via phone, email, and live chat in German. Assist customers in resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and network services. Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions. Educate clients about product usage, features, and updates to enhance their experience. Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies to provide informed support to customers. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an IT support role. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with IT support tools and CRM systems is desirable. Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours as needed.
