Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in German across various channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to logistics and supply chain operations. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate information. Maintain customer records and documentation in the database. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluent in German (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in logistics or supply chain. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is an advantage. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
