As a member of our dynamic team, you will provide exceptional support to customers in German while creating a little magic in their streaming experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to streaming service content, subscriptions, and technical issues via phone, email, and chat in German. Provide detailed information about available content, features, and subscription options. Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and troubleshooting service issues. Resolve customer complaints swiftly while ensuring a positive experience. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure smooth service delivery and enhance user satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with new content releases and platform features to effectively assist customers. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably in the streaming or entertainment industry. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and online support tools.
