Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, delivery timelines, and technical specifications. Process orders accurately and handle changes or cancellations while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely feedback. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's manufacturing processes and product offerings to assist customers effectively. Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Support the sales team by providing customer insights and feedback. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
