This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and are eager to assist clients in navigating mobility solutions while enjoying the unique cultural experience of Greece. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to clients seeking mobility services via phone, email, and chat in German. Assist customers with inquiries about services, pricing, and availability. Help clients navigate the booking process and resolve any issues efficiently. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately for follow-up and quality assurance. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay informed about the latest mobility solutions and local services to assist customers effectively. Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while handling customer concerns and complaints. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred. Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the mobility or travel sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to a diverse clientele. Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools. Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
