Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to online banking services, accounts, transactions, and security in German. Provide guidance on products and services, helping customers navigate banking platforms effectively. Assist with issue resolution, including troubleshooting technical problems and resolving billing or account discrepancies. Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential. A minimum proficiency of B2 in English is required. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to handle complex inquiries efficiently and provide timely solutions. Experience using CRM software and other customer support tools. Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece; relocation expenses will be fully covered.
