This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about finance and technology while providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will assist customers with their banking inquiries and ensure a seamless banking experience, all while communicating effectively in German. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding online banking services, account management, and financial products via phone, email, and live chat in German. Assist customers with setting up accounts, transactions, and troubleshooting technical issues related to online banking. Provide accurate and relevant information on banking services, fees, and regulatory requirements. Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for record-keeping and future reference. Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues efficiently. Stay updated on banking regulations and product offerings to provide informed customer assistance. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, specifically within the banking or financial sector, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing customer needs. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with online banking platforms and CRM systems is desirable.
