Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an excellent opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Online Bank, with the opportunity to work in Greece. This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about banking services and committed to delivering exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients in German, addressing their inquiries related to online banking products and services. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding online banking services, account management, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in German. Provide clear and accurate information about banking products, fees, and remote banking options. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to the online banking platform. Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up. Work closely with banking staff and departments to enhance service delivery and customer experience. Stay informed about financial regulations and updates in the banking industry to provide relevant advice. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Problem-solving abilities and comfort in handling inquiries regarding financial services. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with online banking platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
