This position is perfect for motivated individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and providing exceptional customer support. You will assist customers in German, helping them navigate various products and services on the platform, ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding product listings, order statuses, and account management through phone, email, and live chat in German. Assist customers with issues related to payment processing, shipping, and returns. Provide guidance on using the online marketplace effectively and resolving any technical issues. Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Stay updated on marketplace policies, promotions, and new product offerings to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, especially within online retail or e-commerce. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently. Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM software and online marketplace platforms is a plus. Willingness to work remotely and adapt to flexible hours as needed.
