Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and services. Provide accurate information regarding product usage, side effects, and compliance with regulations. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to address client needs effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations to ensure compliance. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain meticulous service records. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceuticals industry is a plus. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
