As a representative, you will engage with customers in German, assisting them with inquiries related to public utilities while enjoying the vibrant culture of Greece. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to public utility services, billing, and account information via phone, email, and chat in German. Provide accurate assistance regarding service setups, interruptions, and billing statements. Address customer concerns and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up and record-keeping. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service delivery. Stay informed about service changes, promotions, and relevant regulations to inform customers appropriately. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in public utilities or a related field. Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer care. Ability to resolve issues efficiently and handle sensitive situations with tact. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and relevant software. Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
