Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service in German via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product inquiries and order placements. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the product range and promotions. Document customer interactions and feedback into the system accurately. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions. Fluency in German, both spoken and written, is essential. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the retail industry. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism and empathy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple queries effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
