Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service through various social media platforms. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information in German. Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social media channels. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Engage in social media campaigns to promote brand awareness. Identify trends in customer inquiries to inform product development. Fluent in German (both spoken and written) and proficient in English.
