If you have a passion for sports and customer service, this role offers a vibrant environment and the opportunity to engage with sports enthusiasts in the German language. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries related to sports betting, including account management, betting options, and promotions via phone, email, and live chat in German. Provide guidance on using the sports betting platform and explain features, odds, and betting rules. Handle complaints and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and promote responsible betting. Stay informed about sports events, betting trends, and platform updates to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the gaming or sports betting industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Passion for sports and knowledge of various sports events and betting terminology. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric approach. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries. Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
