Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding tech products and services. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support. Handle order processing, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies. Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate tech solutions. Document all customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives. Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve complex customer issues. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, especially within the tech or technology sector. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers.
