This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients in German, helping them navigate their telecommunications needs while experiencing the beautiful culture of Greece. Key Responsibilities Address customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, plans, and technical support through phone, email, and live chat in German. Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and service modifications. Guide clients through product features and troubleshooting technical issues effectively. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues promptly. Stay updated on telecommunications trends, products, and services to deliver knowledgeable support. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to customer satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure. Ability to multitask and manage inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
