This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and telecommunications and are committed to delivering exceptional customer support. As a member of our team, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries while communicating effectively in German. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, plans, and devices via phone, email, and chat in German. Provide detailed information on service offerings, pricing, and technical support. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and service troubleshooting. Resolve any customer issues or complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure continuity of service. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about the latest telecommunications trends and company products to support customers effectively. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to customers. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while managing customer expectations. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is desirable. Willingness to relocate or work in Greece and to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
