Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in German via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Document customer interactions and feedback in the system accurately. Educate customers on new services and offers available in the telecommunications sector. Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve more complex issues. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive experience. Fluency in German (spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in telecommunications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle difficult situations with poise and professionalism. Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Basic knowledge of telecommunications products and services is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
