Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service in German to clients in the transportation sector. Assist customers with inquiries related to rail and shipping services. Resolve complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately and promptly. Communicate effectively with other departments to facilitate seamless service delivery. Maintain knowledge of transportation services and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. Document interactions and update customer records in the company's CRM system. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations with professionalism. Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
