Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is excited to offer a position for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent for a Travel Company in Greece, with the opportunity to work remotely from within Greece. In this role, you will assist our German-speaking customers in planning and booking their travel experiences, providing exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries about travel packages, managing bookings, and helping customers with any travel-related concerns. If you have a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and a desire to provide outstanding customer experiences, we would love to have you on our team. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service in German for inquiries related to travel services. Assist customers with booking travel packages, modifications, and cancellations. Provide information on destinations, itineraries, and travel services. Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Collaborate with local travel partners to ensure exceptional service delivery. Stay updated on travel trends and company offerings to better assist customers. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or tourism industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks effectively. Familiarity with booking systems or customer service software is beneficial. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
