This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer support to clients using subscription models. As a representative, you will assist customers in German, helping them navigate their subscription services and addressing various inquiries. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding subscription plans, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in German. Provide detailed information about service features, pricing, and benefits associated with different subscription tiers. Assist customers with subscription modifications, renewals, and cancellations as needed. Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up. Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and address customer needs. Stay informed about market trends and subscription service updates to provide relevant assistance. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, especially within subscription-based or SaaS environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to address inquiries and complaints effectively while maintaining professionalism. Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle various customer requests. Familiarity with subscription management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
