A well-established igaming company based in Malta, is currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their team. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact, responsible for troubleshooting issues, and providing prompt solutions to enhance the user experience. This role is primarily office-based, with the option to work night shifts from home, offering an annual salary of €26K plus benefits.
