A well-established igaming company based in Malta, is currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their team. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact, responsible for troubleshooting issues, and providing prompt solutions to enhance the user experience. This role is primarily office-based, with the option to work night shifts from home, offering an annual salary of €26K plus benefits. Role & Responsibilities Delivering customer support and resolving inquiries via chat and email Guiding customers through the website, assisting with navigation, account setup, and management Working closely with teams such as Payments and Fraud to maintain a safe and reliable environment Collecting customer feedback to help enhance services and relaying important information to the relevant departments Education, Skills & Experience A minimum of 1 year experience in online igaming customer support (non-negotiable) Native-level German proficiency, both written and spoken Fluent in English Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Flexibility to work shifts, including late evenings, nights, and weekends Patience and empathy when handling customer inquiries and concerns About the Role Salary: €26K + benefits Location: Office-based in Ta’ Xbiex Shift Rota: 06:00–14:30, 14:00–22:30, 21:00–05:30, or 22:00–06:30 Nightshift Allowance with the option to work night shifts from home Benefits: Health Insurance & Wellness Allowance Professional Development Allowance Mobile Allowance Travel Allowance Company events Dog-friendly office Please apply with you CV in English. *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
