Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Support Agent for Booking.com, with the exciting chance to work in Greece! In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, helping them navigate their travel bookings and ensuring a smooth experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding their bookings and inquiries. Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and general inquiries related to their travel plans. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Document interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately for future reference. Collaborate with various departments to address complex issues and improve customer experiences. Stay informed about Booking.com services, promotions, and travel trends to provide knowledgeable assistance. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer support, especially in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Familiarity with booking systems and travel-related products is a plus. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer inquiries. Willingness to relocate to Greece for this position.
