Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients across various platforms, including phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to AI technology products and services, ensuring comprehensive and accurate responses. Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Document all customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system for ongoing service improvement. Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate solutions and escalate issues when necessary. Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to provide informed recommendations to clients. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service or support roles, especially in technology, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on excellent customer experiences. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward addressing customer inquiries. Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
