Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Handle inquiries and assist customers with any issues or concerns related to transportation services. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of products and services. Offer feedback and suggestions for process improvements and efficiency. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting. Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and open to learning. Willingness to adapt to a new cultural experience while living and working in Greece.
