Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated German Speaking Customer Support Representative specializing in Online Banking and Digital Finance. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients, providing them with support and guidance in navigating our online banking services and digital financial products. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding online banking procedures and digital finance inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with account-related questions, transactions, and product functionalities, ensuring accurate and timely responses. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve client issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Keep thorough records of client interactions within our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up and service improvement. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to address complex issues and enhance service offerings. Stay informed about the latest trends in online banking and digital finance to provide knowledgeable support. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in customer support or service roles, particularly within the finance or banking sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling inquiries. Familiarity with online banking platforms and digital financial products is a plus.
