We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our German-Speaking Travel Support Network operating directly on the island. In this role, you will be a vital link for our passengers, handling incoming inquiries via live chat, email, and phone. Core Responsibilities As our dedicated German-speaking representative, your main priority will be guiding and supporting travelers during every stage of their journey. Elevating Customer Care: Deliver exceptional, courteous support across phone, email, chat, and social media channels, turning complex questions into positive guest experiences. Managing Itineraries: Handle new reservations, coordinate cancellations, and precisely process flight booking modifications or rescheduling requests. Providing Travel Insights: Act as an informed guide by updating passengers on destination details, active travel warnings, and international visa or customs guidelines. Resolving Operational Hurdles: Troubleshoot real-time travel disruptions, including ticketing snags, luggage inquiries, and special on-board assistance requests to guarantee smooth transit. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments—such as ground operations and flight dispatch—to resolve complex or escalated issues quickly. Meticulous Record-Keeping: Document all passenger correspondence, inquiries, and resolutions within our CRM platform with high precision. Staying Current: Participate in recurring training workshops to stay aligned with evolving airline policies, safety standards, and broader travel industry trends. Schedule & Working Hours Status: Full-time (40 hours weekly). Shift Pattern: Rotating rosters scheduled Monday through Sunday, between 07:00 and 19:00, with 2 designated rest days per week.
