We are searching for a dynamic customer service professional to join our Malta-based German-Speaking Travel Support Team. In this position, you will be a crucial point of contact for travelers, resolving their inquiries via live chat, email, and phone. Key Accountabilities Your main goal is to represent our travel brand by turning complicated passenger issues into straightforward, positive experiences. First-Class Guest Service: Deliver polite, high-quality assistance through phone, email, live chat, and social media networks to ensure effortless solutions. Reservation & Itinerary Management: Handle new travel bookings, oversee flight cancellations, and process flight adjustments or rebooking requests. Travel Advice & Guidance: Inform passengers about destination prerequisites, active travel warnings, and international visa or customs rules. Live Problem Solving: Tackle unexpected travel disruptions in real time, including baggage claims, ticketing glitches, and special on-board assistance requests. Team Collaboration: Partner closely with airport ground crews and flight operations units to quickly settle highly escalated issues. Data Entry & Logging: Thoroughly log all customer interactions, feedback, and solutions within the corporate CRM database. Professional Development: Attend regular training workshops to stay up to date on evolving airline policies, safety standards, and global travel trends. Work Schedule Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week). Hours: Rotating rosters scheduled Monday through Sunday, between 07:00 and 19:00. Balance: Includes 2 designated rest days each week.
