We are searching for an enthusiastic individual to join our local German-Speaking Travel Support Network. In this position, you will be the main bridge to our travelers, managing incoming queries through phone, email, and live chat. Core Responsibilities As our dedicated German-speaking customer point of contact, your primary objective will be to guide and protect travelers throughout their journeys. Elevating the Guest Experience: Deliver polite, high-caliber support through phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms, transforming complicated issues into positive customer interactions. Booking Administration: Oversee new trip reservations, handle cancellation requests, and accurately modify or reschedule flight details. Travel Advisory Support: Act as an expert resource by briefing passengers on destination updates, current travel restrictions, and international passport or customs regulations. Handling Live Disruptions: Resolve real-time travel complications on the spot, including ticketing issues, missing baggage claims, and special onboard coordination. Inter-Departmental Coordination: Partner with internal branches—such as airport ground crews and flight management teams—to rapidly settle highly escalated problems. Detail-Oriented Record Logs: Enter all traveler communications, questions, and specific solutions into our CRM software with excellent accuracy. Skill Development: Participate in ongoing training workshops to stay perfectly aligned with changing airline rules, safety procedures, and global tourism trends. Work Schedules & Commitments Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week). Shift Rotations: Scheduled rosters covering Monday through Sunday, between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00, including 2 fixed rest days each week.
