In this role, you will serve as an essential point of contact for passengers, addressing incoming questions through live chat, email, and phone. Core Responsibilities As our dedicated German-speaking specialist, your primary focus will be assisting and guiding travelers throughout their entire trips. Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-tier, polite assistance via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms, transforming complicated inquiries into positive customer experiences. Booking Management: Oversee new bookings, manage cancellations, and accurately update flight itineraries or rescheduling requests. Travel Advisory: Serve as a knowledgeable resource by informing passengers about destination details, active travel alerts, and global visa or customs rules. Disruption Resolution: Handle live travel issues as they happen, including ticketing glitches, baggage tracking, and special assistance requests to ensure hassle-free travel. Team Collaboration: Partner with internal units—including airport ground crews and flight dispatch—to settle complex or escalated matters swiftly. Accurate Documentation: Log all traveler communications, questions, and solutions into our CRM software with high attention to detail. Continuous Learning: Take part in regular training sessions to stay up to date on shifting airline regulations, safety protocols, and general travel sector updates. Schedule & Hours Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week). Shift Schedule: Rotating rosters covering Monday through Sunday, operating from 07:00 to 19:00, including 2 scheduled days off each week. Extra Financial Incentives Language Bonus: An additional allowance of up to €3,000 per year, paid out monthly to reward your German language skills.
