Your mission is to master the post-click environment, ensuring every user arriving from Google Ads is funneled into a seamless, high-velocity journey. Strategic Frameworks: Replace intuition with logic. You will build and manage structured testing phases driven by data-centric hypotheses. Funnel Optimization: Deconstruct the entire customer path from the first click to the final sale, identifying and removing any barriers to conversion. Performance Analytics: Translate metrics like CTR, CVR, and ROAS into actionable insights to guide your next strategic pivot. Internal Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with our media buyers to ensure a perfect marriage between ad creative and landing page messaging. Client Leadership: Lead high-level meetings by presenting data, explaining successes, and outlining the roadmap for future growth. YOUR PROFILE: ANALYTICAL PRECISION & PERSUASIVE POWER Advertorial Expertise: You've written enough long-form copy to know exactly which levers to pull to influence buyer behavior. Direct Response Skills: You are a master of hooks, storytelling, and preemptively dismantling customer objections. Search Intent Intelligence: You understand the specific mindset of a Google Ads user and adapt your copy to match their intent. AI Proficiency: You use AI tools to scale your output and efficiency while maintaining elite quality and brand voice. Linguistic Skills: Native-level German (C2) for high-impact copywriting; fluent English (B2) for internal collaboration. Bonus Points: Background in Health, Beauty, or Supplements and experience with Voice of Customer (VOC) research.
