We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled sales professionals fluent in German to support our digital sales efforts and expand our presence in the German-speaking market. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients in the German-speaking region through digital channels to establish and nurture strong B2B relationships. Analyze client needs and deliver tailored digital sales presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies aimed at attracting and converting high-quality leads. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay competitive. Provide client feedback to product teams to drive the continuous enhancement of our digital offerings. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing positively to team objectives. Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. A minimum of 1 year of experience in digital sales or a related field. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets. Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to relocate to Krakow as part of the employment offer.
