Key Responsibilities Monitor online activity to identify and assess potential security risks and violations. Respond to reports from users regarding inappropriate content and behavior in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with German-speaking users to gather information and provide support. Develop and implement trust and safety policies and procedures to enhance platform security. Collaborate with team members to analyze trends and develop proactive measures against online threats. Provide feedback and insights to improve user experience and safety measures. Stay current with industry standards and legislative changes affecting digital trust and safety. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on user engagement. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing tasks efficiently. Familiarity with online safety best practices and community guideline enforcement. Motivated and adaptive, with a strong desire to support user safety in digital environments.
