GERMAN SPEAKING EXPORT SALES COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES:

To maintain and develop a strong relationship with their international clients and to assist the sales team in order to succesfully develop sales

THE ROLE:

  • To provide Export Sales Support
  • To deal with enquiries (orders, invoice, product, prices)
  • To maintain an accurate record of product information & pricing
  • To provide an excellent level of Customer Service at all time
  • To manage orders (transportation, invoicing, etc)
  • To deal with Export documentation
  • To liaise with other departments to ensure timely shipments to customers
  • To assist the Account Department (credit control)
  • To help and support develop the Export markets

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Fluent in German to mother tongue standard desirable (both written and spoken)
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Previous experience within Export or Sales Administration would be a bonus
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • High level of commercial awareness
  • Computer literate
  • Strongly organised
  • Dynamic personality and team player
  • IT Literate
