Serving as the dedicated initial contact point during the setup period, you are required to combine your established marketing knowledge with sharp commercial judgment. You will be instrumental in teaching clients how to maximize the effectiveness of their advertising spend while simultaneously identifying suitable opportunities for strategic growth. Your contributions will enable these businesses to make decisions supported by data and cultivate a stronger, long-term relationship with the advertising platform. Accountabilities and Duties Welcome and integrate incoming clients, providing comprehensive instructions on platform setup, strategic digital planning, and core performance methodologies. Design and execute Pay-Per-Click (PPC) structures, utilizing optimized approaches for audience selection, bidding strategies, creative assets, and conversion measurement. Analyze client business goals and their digital customer conversion paths to recommend tailored advertising solutions. Provide continuous advisory support to boost overall campaign efficiency, maximize the Return on Investment (ROI), and refine the holistic digital marketing strategy. Engage in proactive communication via outbound calls to introduce new clients to essential features and recommend appropriate solutions. Identify and pursue opportunities for campaign growth or the adoption of advanced platform features based on client objectives and needs. Disseminate current information on platform updates, emerging audience behaviors, and optimization techniques. Maintain accurate client documentation to ensure a seamless and orderly flow throughout the onboarding cycle. Assist clients in effectively deploying automation, Artificial Intelligence features, and smart bidding into their marketing processes. Necessary Qualifications and Experience A university-level qualification (BA/BS degree) or equivalent professional experience is required. C2-level proficiency in both German and English is mandatory. Prior professional experience in the fields of marketing or sales. A history of customer-facing roles, such as consulting, or direct campaign management experience. Demonstrated capability to deliver strong results independently. Familiarity with CRM platforms and communication methods driven by performance data. The ability to confidently analyze performance metrics and communicate actionable strategic insights. Excellent skills in professional communication and relationship building. A proactive, results-oriented attitude, coupled with adaptability in fast-paced environments. Specific Expertise for the German Market In-depth understanding of German digital consumer behavior and regional cultural distinctions. Awareness of typical German business etiquette and professional communication norms. Knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its strategic implications for advertising. The competence to discuss technical topics like ROI, attribution, and platform integrations with authority. A proven ability to cultivate stakeholder trust in data-sensitive operational contexts.
