Job Description Our Security Implementation & Business Integration Division plays a pivotal role in strengthening group‑wide security governance and enabling secure business operations across the entire organization. As part of this team, you will contribute to: Driving and enforcing security governance standards across the Group Managing the Security Business Partner Program to achieve strategic security objectives Supporting business units with processes, procedures, and tools that enhance security maturity Overseeing the implementation and documentation of security requirements through KPIs, reporting, audits, and certifications throughout the value chain In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the security landscape of a global organization by: Implementing and enforcing group‑wide security governance standards across the organization Managing the Security Business Partner Program to support strategic security objectives Providing expert consulting and support to business units on security processes, procedures, and tools Overseeing the implementation and documentation of security requirements through KPIs, reporting, audits, and certifications Implementing and managing ISMS reference methodologies and procedures in line with Group guidelines, both at Group‑level and for individual units Supporting the maintenance, continuous improvement, and operational execution of ISMS requirements across the Telekom Group (e.g., supplier management) Defining requirements for tools used in security and privacy processes and coordinating their technical implementation Preparing, supporting, and conducting internal and external security audits (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27701, TISAX) Ensuring ISO 27001 matrix certification for both national and international business units and the relevant Deutsche Telekom Group entities Identifying and validating security risks, developing mitigation strategies, and leading related projects Planning and implementing security measures to monitor, detect, and prevent cyberattacks Collaborating closely with operational Security Managers to ensure consistent security execution Qualifications University degree with a security or IT focus High‑proficiency (C‑level) German language skills Several years of practical experience in Information Security Solid understanding of relevant security and risk management standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27701, TISAX) Interest in organizational, administrative, and governance‑related tasks Experience in internal or external audits (as lead auditor or co‑auditor) Confident use of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex security topics clearly Effective team player with the ability to collaborate across units and cultures Proactive problem‑solver with a structured, solution‑oriented mindset Capable of working independently and driving topics autonomously Additional Information Advantages Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, Security+, CCNA Security Practical knowledge of risk management and handling security risks at management level AI / automation / data analysis proficiency * Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation. * Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
