In this position, you will engage with our German-speaking clientele, providing top-notch support for their technical needs and ensuring a seamless experience with our products. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional IT support services to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Translate technical language into customer-friendly terms to facilitate understanding. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our support system. Work closely with engineering and product teams to escalate and fix complex issues. Keep abreast of new product features and technological advancements to better assist customers. Fluent in German (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is a bonus. Previous experience in IT support or technical roles is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Exceptional communication skills for clear and effective customer interactions. Familiarity with various IT support tools and software is desirable.
